Atomic Flicker and Perception

Image
Too late to sleep, otherwise I'll get up at 8 tonight. I had a thought. Seeing the white speckles in the air. This might be the atoms oscillating in and out of the visable light spectrum. Much like the white static on a T.V. that has bunny ears, is the background radiation of the Universe. However, what if that back ground radiation is really the atoms flickering in and out of the visable spectrum, and the cathray tube just extracts this spectrum from the the back ground, and brings it to the fore. The overlay of the back ground is the physical material that the atoms of forming and holding together, with the flicker of the background bleeding through the material structures that the atoms are forming, like air, chairs, etc, but observing it in the air is easier, because the oxygen molecules of less dense than the physical material the atoms of forming.
