When the Food Banks are in the Food Bank line, that is when the Rich will begin to be eaten for supper.  No one can rustle live stock any more, there aren't any livestock to rustle.  When everyone is hunting, the deer will become sparse, and few.  When there is nothing left to eat, Man will lick his lips at the taste of Man.  Starvation will NOT be an option.  I would really hate being rich right now.  To have to constantly be on guard, not knowing who is watching you, or where from.  Because everyone knows where they are.  And, the Food Bank Lines are growing.  People likely talking about how much they hate being hungry all the time, and then looking up at the rich houses.  The only Majority will soon...
